By registering through this link, you become an affiliate partner of the Tourist Organization of Trebinje. At the beginning of each year, the municipality of Trebinje, together with the tourist organization, will announce "Tourism Ambassadors of Trebinje". This title will be awarded to those promotional partners who have made the greatest contribution to the promotion of our city.

What can I promote as an affiliate partner?

In the system, we have tours designed for domestic and foreign tourists. You can see the current offer at this link. Tours change seasonally, so not all tours are always visible. When you register in the system, you can create links for tours, destinations in Trebinje (Trebinje, Sunny City, Orjen and Tvrdoš Monastery) or just some topics (such as adventure tours, wine tours, etc.). If you own a website, you will have the opportunity to take the code that you can embed on your website and have a tour search engine and search results within your website. The offer includes tours that take place on the destination, but also offers from agencies in the region that offer tours to Trebinje.

How can I earn money by promoting tours and destinations?

There are two ways to join us:

1. You can register today at this link where you will define your access parameters and follow the instructions (which will be sent to your email) on how to create links for tours, destinations, or tour themes that you would like to promote. Then, you can promote these links through your posts, texts, or in any other way.

2. You can become an affiliate partner automatically when you book a tour on the Tourist Organization Trebinja website. This will automatically register you and a special link for the tour you reserved will be sent to your email, along with access parameters for the administrative panel where you can create promotional links for other tours or destinations. You can share the special link with your friends, inviting them to join you on the trip. Through the administrative panel, you will be able to track whether someone has booked a trip through your link and the status of the reservations.

The email you receive will also include a link to access the Facebook group where you can ask any questions and follow our recommendations for promotion, new programs, and more.

What do I need to do to earn a commission?

Your job is to share the tour link (destination or tour theme) with your friends and followers and encourage them to book. We are available to provide instructions, assistance, and any type of support through the Facebook group.

You will achieve better results if:

• You know digital marketing and are able to create visuals and texts to promote the destination, tour, or chosen travel theme.
• You have an audience that follows you on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
• You have your own travel blog and include links to destinations or tours you want to promote in your texts. You can generate revenue in the future with the effort of continuing to promote your texts.
• If you own a media site that promotes a destination, tourism type, etc., you can place a tour search engine on your site and select the tours you want to be visible and promote on your site.
• If you are a service provider at a destination, you can promote the entire or partial offer (related to your services) on your website as well as on social media, thus contributing to better promotion of these tours.

Commission

The commission for most tours is 7% of the basic tour price, while for some more expensive programs, the commission may be slightly lower but not less than 5%. Commissions are only earned for realized reservations, meaning it is based on the travel time or realization, not the reservation time.

Clients make reservations through your website, but pay directly to the organizer. This exempts you from any paperwork and administration. You do not need to be a registered intermediary agency.

If you are an individual, you cannot cash in the commission, but you can use it for a future trip with the organizer from Trebinje. In that case, your earnings will be shown in your E-wallet in the account where you can track reservations. The money cannot be paid out directly to you, but you can use it for a future trip with the organizer from Trebinje by requesting a voucher in the amount of the earned funds, which can be used to reduce the price of the tour or excursion you want to take.

If you are a legal entity (sole proprietorship, LLC, etc.) and can invoice services such as promotion, digital marketing, etc., earned money can be paid to your company's account. This can be on a monthly basis for reservations made in the previous month, or quarterly, by agreement.

Do I have access to reservations?

Yes, you have access to reservations, but you cannot see the names of passengers and their personal information (email, phone) to protect their data. What you can follow are reservation numbers, tours, commission amounts, and reservation status.

Cookies - tracking IP addresses

Our software remembers "cookies" for 90 days. This means that if someone comes through your link and does not make a reservation right away, but returns to the tour or destination page after two or almost three months (from the same device) and makes a reservation, you will be credited with a commission if the reservation is realized.

How can I be sure that the reservation was not realized if the final status is CANCELLED or NO SHOW or similar?

If it happens that the organizer marks that the client was not on the tour in order to potentially save on paying the commission, we have introduced a "control mechanism" which consists of sending clients an email after the tour to rate the tour and write a comment (and thereby confirm that they were or were not on the tour). If a client confirms that they were on the tour, but the organizer marks that they were not, our software will color that reservation in red, and that is a sign that we need to investigate. We first check in our system, then with the organizer, and finally with the client.

This situation most commonly occurs when a client accidentally makes duplicate reservations, so the organizer cancels one, confirms the other, and the client receives emails for both reservations and then fills out the one where the organizer marked that the client was not on the tour. Since the other reservation will be marked as realized, you will not be damaged in any case.
