Walking tours of the Old Town and city centre last about 1 hour, which is enough time to see some of the most important attractions in the city, such as the central city square with the Green Market, the famous plane trees, Trg Pjesnika and Dučić's park, the Orthodox church,  the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Sultan-Ahmed and Osman-pašina mosque, the Museum of Herzegovina, the bridges over Trebišnjica and many other cultural-historical monuments from different historical eras.
After the walking tour, you can take a boat ride on the Trebišnjica or rent a bicycle to explore the wider city centre and its hidden corners.
